Hello! I've been out a few times this week so I thought I would share my thoughts on the places that I went to eat out at =)
Tuesday, Crinitis at Darling Harbour
Crinitis is an Italian restaurant famous for their crazy long pizzas. I have been wanting to go there for a while now and I was so excited to try their pizza.
We ordered their 0.5m pizza and were able to choose 2 flavours.
(This was shared between 6 people)
On the left is BBQ Pollo (chicken, mushrooms, red onion, D.O.P fior di latte mozzarella, origano & bbq sugo) $27.50
and on the right is Tropicale (ham, pineapple, origano & mozzarella) $26.50
The crust was very crunchy and thick, however the base for the rest of the pizza was extremely thin ><
None the less, it was delish and it was nice that they cut up the pieces for us =)
Potato wedges served with sour cream and sweet chill sauce. (Quite a small serving I would say ><)
$8.90
Mocktail: Manberry (mango cheek, strawberries & orange juice w/ crushed ice)
This drink was really nice =)
$13
Overall, Crinitis is quite an expensive place to dine at. The food is quite nice though...
It is beautifully decorated inside and has a great view of the harbour.
I would give it a 7/10!
Thursday, Kura at Chinatown
Kura is a Japanese Restaurant and their food isn't too expensive.
I think this was called the Chicken and egg Katsu Don (served with Miso Soup which I didn't drink...)
$9.00
Kura is a nice and convenient place to dine at if you love Japanese food.
I would give Kura 8.5/10!
Saturday, Satang Thai at Chinatown
Beef balls with noodle soup: There wasn't as much flavouring in this dish as some of their other dishes but it wasn't bad. I wasn't too fond of the garlic but I did enjoy my meal =)
$6.50
Satang Thai is honestly the cheapest restaurant I have come across in the city. Their portions are actually quite big considering the price.
I would give it a 9/10! =)
That completes the end of my food adventures! Hope you enjoyed =)
yum :)
