Food adventures at Messina

I am currently craving ice cream so I decided to blog about ice cream =)

A few weeks ago, me and my friends (my friends and I?) went to a gelato place called Messina. Messina is situated along the suburban streets of Surry Hills and I believe that it is quite a well known/popular gelato shop.

Here is what it looks like from the outside:

When you step into the shop, you will see a lot...and I mean a LOT of different flavours of gelato. (I only captured half of the flavours)

So much to choose from...

They even had some specials which all sounded so delish. =)

Here is a picture of the menu. It was $4 for a scoop of gelato which is probably normal price but still quite steep so we opted for a 500mL tub for $10 which was much more worth it! The lady told us that it would be around 7-8 scoops of gelato and we could choose 3 different flavours hehe

Our tub of gelato was then packaged one of these cute boxes: 

From left to right, we got Pistachio, Banilla and Fragola E Prosecco. So yummy!

My favourite was Banilla. It's soooo nice. You have to try it.

The gelato probably doesn't look that good squished into a container but trust me, it is a box of goodness haha xD

I highly recommend this place and can't wait to visit again =)
