Hi! If you live in Sydney then you might be familiar with the restaurant "Pancakes on the rocks". They have a few locations in Sydney and are quite popular. Today I'll be sharing a few dishes that I have tried and talk a bit about my experience =)

Back in May, I made my first ever purchase from asos.com (surprise surprise!). I had been eying this watch for the longest time and was patiently waiting for it to go on sale. Unfortunately that never happened but after discovering a cashback website - starthere.com, I somewhat justified the price and bought the watch! More details below =)

Last month I finally got the chance to go to the Grounds of Alexandria which is a pretty well-known cafe/bakery in Sydney. I had heard many great things about this place but never really had the chance to go there since it is kind of in the middle of no where. Nonetheless, I finally settled a day with a few of my friends and off we went. So today I'll be sharing my experience at the Grounds of Alexandria =)

Food adventures at Takumi Sushi Train

So it's been a while since I've done a food adventures post (or any other blog post for that matter ><), so I thought I would do one today! I am definitely a sushi lover and last week I went to the Takumi Sushi Train which is located on the top floor of Market City in Sydney. Sushi trains can definitely get quite pricey but this sushi train was very reasonably priced; all the plates were $3 (with a few exceptions) or $2.50 for students!

A few weeks ago, me and my friends (my friends and I?) went to a gelato place called Messina. Messina is situated along the suburban streets of Surry Hills and I believe that it is quite a well known/popular gelato shop.

My Favourite Lip Balm/Review: Omi Brotherhood Menturm Medicated Stick

So over the many years of my life, I have been trying many different lip balms. My lips get chapped quite easily and it's really frustrating when I buy lip balms that I need to constantly reapply and/or ones that don't even moisturise my lips!

 The picture below only shows a small proportion of the lip balms that I have tried.

Food Adventures at Orto Trading Co.

So the other day I had brunch with my friends at Orto Trading Co. for the very first time. Orto is located in Surry Hills, not too far from Central station and serves brunch all day! (which was quite convenient as I am not a morning person) =)

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a display of plants and I immediately noticed the attention they put into their decor.

Review: Sammydress.com

Hii! So I'm not sure if you have heard of the website Sammydress.com but it is basically a wholesale website based in China that sells clothes, shoes, accessories, home goods etc for extremely low prices.

Now I'm not going to lie, the website has so many bad reviews...

However, the first time I ordered off Sammydress, I didn't actually look up any reviews before ordering (typical... ><). I was mostly drawn to their jewellery which they were selling for prices between $1-$5 with free shipping!

The first purchase I made was a rose-gold watch, which was part of their "weekly deals" . (Each week they have items on special/discounts)

Now, I have been on the hunt for a nice rose-gold watch and the Micheal Kors/Marc by Marc Jacobs watches are definitely out of my budget! ><

I've never really been a watch person so I didn't want to splurge on a watch in case I wouldn't wear it a lot!

Food adventures at Nandos and Meet Fresh

Hiiii! So the other day I ate at Nandos for the first time!

If you're not familiar with Nandos, it's basically a restaurant that specialises in Portuguese style flame/grilled chicken. It is known for its hot "peri peri" flavour (which I didn't try ><)

Review: Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy La Fleur

Hi! So if you know me, you would know that I am a huge Juicy Couture fan. Unfortunately, there are no Juicy Couture stores in Australia. However, the one thing that we are able to get our hands on are their perfumes!

I have smelt Juicy Couture perfumes in the past and I'm not so fond of the original Viva La Juicy. However, after I smelt the Viva La Juicy La Fleur I instantly wanted to purchase it.

I ended up getting the perfume a few weeks later and this is what it looks like:
